We won!!
We were so excited this year to win in the construction category!

This is our second award from The Southwest Apprenticeship Network. Our first win came during the the pandemic when we won Rookie of the Year!

From the very beginning of TIB we have had the privilege to offer apprenticeships to help grow the next generation of electricians!

I was truly honored to be invited to be part of today’s panel. Thank you for including me.

I had the privilege of sharing the stage with incredible women who represent so many facets of being female in traditionally male-dominated industries.

We’ve been fortunate not to face much prejudice as women in the trades. Our community has consistently supported and encouraged us over the years, and that has made a meaningful difference in our journey.
We firmly believe that hard work, experience, and strong qualifications have opened the same doors for us as any other company. What continues to set us apart is the quality of our work and our unwavering commitment to delivering the best possible service to our customers.
