💡 Not all electrical quotes are created equal.

At TIB Electric, we take a different approach to estimating. We aim to account for the potential costs upfront, so you have a clearer picture of what your project could cost before the work begins.

And if the job comes in under our estimate? We adjust the final bill to reflect the actual work completed.

Why? Because we believe pricing should be transparent, communication should be consistent, and quality should never be an afterthought.

We’re not here to be the cheapest. We’re here to deliver quality workmanship, dependable warranty service, and a customer experience built on trust.

Because the best quote isn't always the lowest one — it's the one that gives you confidence in the work, the price, and the people doing the job.

TIB Electric ⚡ Quality over shortcuts. Transparency over surprises.

TIB Realtor Ready Program

REALTORS — THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! 🏡⚡

What if you could help your clients identify potential electrical issues before they become a surprise after closing?

We’re introducing Realtor Electrical Pre-Check Packages at TIB Electric.

Before your client lists or purchases a home, we can come in and look at things like:

⚡ Is the electrical panel suitable for an EV charger?
⚡ Does the panel need an upgrade?
⚡ Are there obvious electrical problem areas?
⚡ What upgrades should the homeowner consider?
⚡ Is the home ready for future electrical needs?
✨ And even things like Gemstone lighting!

And the best part? Your clients receive exclusive discounted pricing on recommended upgrades.

It’s a simple way to give your clients more confidence, avoid unexpected surprises, and add another level of service to your real estate experience.

Realtors — let’s work together.
You sell the home. We’ll help make sure the electrical side is ready for what comes next.

DM us “REALTOR” to learn about our packages. ⚡🏡

We did something SUPER exciting… and honestly, a little bit scary. 👀

Something we’ve been dreaming about for YEARS is finally becoming a reality.

We can’t tell you too much just yet… but we can tell you that we’re creating something that is uniquely TIB — thoughtfully curated, completely our own, and something we’ve poured a LOT of heart into.

There’s still a long way to go before it looks anything like what we have pictured in our heads… but the journey has officially begun. 🔨✨

And trust us… you’re going to want to see this one come together.

We’ll be sharing the before, the after, the good, the bad, the unexpected, and ALL the crazy in-between along the way.

To everyone who has helped us get to this point — thank you. This dream wouldn’t be possible without you. ❤️

We’re not ready to show you what it is yet…

But we promise…

IT’S COMING. 👀

We’re feeling pretty grateful today! 🥹💙
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to nominate TIB Electric for not one, but TWO Ontario Business Achievement Awards (OBAAs) this year! 🏆
✨ Small Business
✨ Inclusivity
Being recognized in both of these categories means so much to us. We’ve worked hard to build a business that we’re proud of — one that values quality, our team, our customers, and creating opportunities for people in the trades.
To everyone who nominated us, supported us, recommended us, cheered us on, and trusted us with your homes and businesses — thank you. We truly wouldn’t be here without you. ❤️
Now we cross our fingers and wait to see what happens! 🤞🏼🏆
