🧯🔥 Hands-on training. Safety in action 🔥🧯

This morning, our team took part in hands-on fire safety training—building the knowledge and confidence to respond safely when it matters most.

At Marcotte Disposal and Environmental 360 Solutions, keeping our people safe is a priority every day. Practical training helps us stay prepared, recognize hazards, and look out for one another.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this morning a valuable learning experience! 👏

We have Exciting News!

This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Marcotte Disposal. While this is a significant milestone, our foundation remains unchanged—built on hard work, integrity, exceptional service, and the incredible relationships we’ve shared with our employees, customers, and communities over the years.

As we pass the torch and begin our partnership with the E360S team, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. Together, we will continue to build on the legacy that started in 1993 while investing in future growth, innovation, and the same commitment to service you’ve always counted on.

To our dedicated employees, loyal customers, business partners, and the communities we proudly serve—thank you. Your trust and support made this journey possible, and we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds.

Here’s to the next chapter—and all that we’ll accomplish together. 💛🩵

With heavy hearts, we extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Dane Nisbet.

This tragic loss has deeply impacted our community, and our thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved him.

In times like this, we are reminded how important it is to come together, support one another, and hold our loved ones close. 🤍

❤️ THANK YOU for the incredible support! ❤️

We are truly overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of our community. Because of all of you, our pre-orders for the BBQ Pulled Pork Lunch Fundraiser are officially SOLD OUT!

Your support for our longtime team member Clint means more than words can express. It’s moments like this that remind us how strong and caring our community really is.

We will still have about 50 meals available for walk-ups on a first come, first serve basis starting at 11:30 AM.

If you would still like to make a donation, we would be incredibly grateful. Every bit of support helps ease the burden so Clint can focus on what matters most right now—his health.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up and supporting one of our own. ❤️

Safety starts before the truck even leaves the yard. 💪🚛

Today’s Toolbox Talk focused on injury prevention through proper warm-ups and routine stretching — because taking care of our bodies is just as important as taking care of our equipment.

A huge thank you to Dr. Jacob and Dr. Kennedy at Motus for the fantastic presentation on chiropractic care, mobility, and keeping our team strong and injury-free. 👏

Small daily habits make a big difference over time. Stretch it out, stay strong, and work safe!
