Supporting Mental Health in the Trades

Today, the management team at Five Star Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning attended a Men in the Trades Mental Health Lunch & Learn. It was an important reminder of how mental health affects all of us—especially men. The pressures of working in the trades can be tough, and it’s crucial to break the stigma and create a culture where we can openly talk about mental health and support one another.
