Lots happening at the future home of ACD Health and Wellness.⁠

The development will include a four storey, 100 car parkade, medical imaging, doctors’ offices and pharmacy space, along with a new three storey timber and glass addition for office space.⁠

The parkade foundation is nearing completion, with the final stormwater tank pour next and precast beginning in September. At the front of the building, demolition of the former gym lobby is complete, with piling and grade beams for the new addition coming up next.⁠

We're excited to be building the new Public Works facility for the City of Warman.⁠
⁠
This 16,000 sq ft shop will serve as the home base for city crews, providing space to store and maintain equipment while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the community running. Construction began in late May, with piling followed by foundations and grade beams through June. Roofing is now underway, and the project remains on track for completion this November.⁠

Next up: gravel, underground servicing, and plumbing as work continues to move forward.⁠

The Beardy's Water Treatment Plant is an investment in the future of Beardy's and Okemasis Cree Nation, providing reliable, high quality drinking water while supporting the community's continued growth for years to come.💧⁠

The project includes a new 7,700 sq ft water treatment plant and storage reservoir complete with full treatment and distribution systems. It also features six new raw water wells, two well control buildings, treated water servicing to 17 homes, and approximately 15.1 km of underground piping carrying both treated and raw water throughout the community.⁠

When complete, this state of the art facility will strengthen the community's water infrastructure, improve long-term reliability, and help ensure residents have access to safe, dependable drinking water for generations to come.

The Rosthern Water Treatment Plant is entering its final stages, with landscaping, site demobilization, and the remaining mechanical and electrical work wrapping up. The team is also commissioning the system and preparing the filter media and tanks for operation.⁠

Once complete, this new facility will triple Rosthern's water treatment capacity, providing the infrastructure needed to support future residential and commercial growth. After nearly 20 years of operating near capacity, this project will help ensure the community has the reliable water supply it needs for years to come.⁠
