Journeyman Electricians – Commercial / Institutional / Energy Systems

Ethical Electrical is hiring certified Journeyman Electricians with experience in commercial and institutional electrical work, including healthcare facilities, EV charging systems, and commercial and residential solar installations.
We are seeking reliable, experienced electricians for long-term work in La Ronge and Saskatoon.

LA RONGE POSITION – ROTATIONAL
Schedule:
• 1 week on / 1 week off
• 80 hours during the working week
Project Scope (Multi-Year / Healthcare Focus):
• Year 1: New construction – Long-Term Care Facility (currently underway)
• Year 2: Hospital renovation project
This role is within active healthcare environments.
Experience working in hospitals, long-term care facilities, or other health-related settings is strongly preferred and required for this position.
Travel, Lodging & Meals:
• Travel covered for out-of-town workers
• Private lodging provided
• All meals prepared where we lodge in La Ronge
(Lunch and supper cooked on site; food supplied)
Crew accommodations are on a private property where employees will reside for the duration of the project.

• Commercial and institutional electrical work in and around Saskatoon
• EV charger installations
• Commercial and residential solar installations
• Steady local work

REQUIREMENTS (BOTH POSITIONS)
• Valid Journeyman Electrician certification
• Commercial electrical experience
• Healthcare / hospital experience
(required for La Ronge, strong asset for Saskatoon)
• Experience with one or more of the following is a strong asset:
– EV charging stations
– Commercial solar installations
– Residential solar installations
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional work ethic
• Available to start immediately
