-Basement bedrooms has return air grills installed, it will help take the cold air out at floor level.
-Bathroom fans to remove excess moisture and stank.
-HRV is connected to return air duct to exchange stale air with outside air in all rooms and bathrooms as they all have return air grills as well.
-12 heat vents and 8 return air grills in this 4 bedroom 2 bath house.

Little extra work but will help air quality throughout the house

He installed a new 120V line and removed a 240V Cable from the old furnace.

I stayed in this dorm as a child so it was that much cooler to be able to make the changes.
