What makes a home truly custom?

🏡 We often see the finished result—beautifully furnished spaces that feel complete. But there’s something special about the moment just before that, when the home stands quiet and empty… a blank canvas waiting to be brought to life.

❤️ It’s in that stage where the details really speak.

- An extended kitchen island with a custom built-in tabletop, paired with a hood fan designed to perfectly complement the lighting

- Seamlessly integrated appliances that disappear into the millwork

- Thoughtful niches and a custom curved wall, ready to showcase personal touches

- A minimalist plaster feature wall with tile and lighting that still makes a statement

Ella is back with some basement highlights in our Willows build 👀

Fun fact: Our clients chose to have their primary bedroom in the basement for a calm retreat—perfectly close to the movie theatre 🎬, and yes, there are bidets 🚽 in every bathroom!

We just wrapped up our first build in the Willows—and let’s just say, this one definitely kept things interesting!

This walkout bungalow is unlike anything we’ve done before. Our clients came in with a vision and fully committed to it… and we were grateful to be a long for the ride. 🎢 🥳

Huge shoutout to our designer Julie, who helped bring the whole plan to life from the start, and to Ella, who jumped in mid-project during maternity leave—which is kind of like being handed a puzzle already in progress and bringing it all together. 👏

From day one, this project stood out. Our clients vision was bold, unique, and kept us on our toes in the best way. Watching this home come to life has been nothing short of incredible!

We handed over the keys to this home last week—and it turned out beautifully 👌🏻

The tall ceilings and all those windows make the whole place feel bright and open. Everything ties together with soft grey tones, anchored by a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that gives the home a polished and modern feel.

Excited our clients to settle in and make it their own! 🙌🏻
