We wanted to show our appreciation to the crews whose hard work helped us reach a major milestone on The Oliver project. We've officially completed the parkade concrete work! 👷🏼‍♂️👏

Framing on the apartment and townhouse portion is now underway. 🔨

We love seeing the finished product after watching the hard work and countless hours our team has put into this build! 👷🏼‍♂️

The Hadley is a six-storey, 162-unit residential development featuring an underground concrete parkade and main floor, both self-performed by Wright, with five levels of wood-frame construction above.

The completed building includes bachelor to three-bedroom suites, a heated underground parkade, fitness centre, movie theatre, games room, co-working spaces and an outdoor courtyard with BBQs, a fire table and putting green.⛳

The new Tim Hortons near the Saskatoon Airport is in its final stages! 👷🏼‍♂️🚧

Our team is currently installing the granular structure and asphalt pavement as we gear up for turnover. Our scope of work on this project included the base building and siteworks.

Soon, travellers will have a convenient new stop for that much-needed coffee after a long flight or before an early one! ☕✈️

An award-winning home for soccer in Saskatoon.

In 1999, the Saskatoon Kinsmen/Henk Ruys Soccer Centre was recognized with the Institutional Building of the Year Award, presented to Wright Construction Western Inc.

The honour celebrated the quality and significance of a facility built to support the continued growth of soccer in Saskatoon and across Saskatchewan.

More than a building, the Soccer Centre has become a lasting part of Saskatoon's soccer story, serving generations of players, coaches, officials, and families.

This lumber facility is a 22,000 sq. ft. development built to support operations and administration under one roof. The project features a pre-engineered Butler building with a Butler roof and exterior wall system, along with two floors of office space designed to meet the client's day-to-day needs. 🏗️👷‍♀️

Some of our favourite projects are the ones that bring communities together. 🏀🤾🏽‍♂️

We enjoy building recreation facilities because every project is different. Whether it's an arena, aquatics facility, fieldhouse, multi-use centre, cultural facility, or a community gathering space, each one reflects the people who will use it. Taking the time to understand local priorities, culture, and community identity helps inform the design and construction approach from the very beginning. 👷🏽‍♂️🔨

Progress is moving ahead at the new 107-unit townhome development in Cochrane, Alberta! 👷‍♀️

Our crews are currently installing deep underground utilities, including storm, sanitary, and water services, while advancing surveying, and materials testing to prepare the site for foundations.

Once complete, the development will feature 18 residential buildings, a community park and cabana, new roadways, landscaping, and full site servicing. The three-storey townhomes will include attached garages and overlook the Bow Valley with Rocky Mountain views. 🏔️👀
