Proud to have delivered this 1,000 SF standalone clubhouse at 49th Battalion in Edmonton, Alberta for our client, along with approximately 1,000 SF of outdoor amenity space.

Designed to serve as a central gathering space anchoring multiple residential buildings within the development, the Clubhouse was built to support connection and community through thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including lounges, games areas, plus an outdoor space with BBQ and dining spaces, a firepit, and a bocce ball court.

Projects like this highlight the impact well-designed community spaces can have within residential developments, and we’re proud to have helped bring this vision to life.

🍽🏗Check out this restaurant build-out we completed as General Contractor for Haines Miles Pub.

This 2,700 SF project was delivered within an existing CRU, requiring detailed planning, coordination, and sequencing within a fixed footprint.

From planning through to turnover, the focus was simple: make the space function efficiently and deliver a strong result for the client — aligning trades and coordinating both front- and back-of-house requirements throughout.
