It's been a crazy year so far for family health issues but things are looking up.

Here's a recent front deck replacement that will surely last for many years and a much safer entrance for the owners and visitors 😀

Still another couple months of outdoor work to complete before heading indoors for dry, warmer work for the winter.

Life changes and the idea of having only a tiled shower isn't too convenient. A nice deep modern tub with low maintenance acrylic wall surround along with water proof SPC vinyl tile look floor will make for years of easy cleaning and maintenance. A much needed addition for grandkids 😀 Much more modern look, bright, and ready for daily use. Owners are going to paint the trim and new door at their convenience.

25 years ago I was asked to renovate their bathroom and I did. Now the bathroom is updated again only this time with a lower, easier access tub, taller vanity and toilet, and endless well secured grab bars for safety as my cleints enjoy their home in their latter years of life 😊. Also replaced the basement stair and landing railings and added a 2nd one so now they have 4 point contact on the staircase. Having railings on both sides of the staircase is a game changer for the elderly or people with mobility issues.
