In his career, he has donated large sums to hospitals including $75 million of his earnings from “The Matrix” to charities.
In 2010, on his birthday, Keanu walked into a bakery & bought a brioche with a single candle, ate it in front of the bakery, and offered coffee to people who stopped to talk to him.
In 1997 some paparazzi found him walking one morning in the company of a homeless man in Los Angeles, listening to him and sharing his life for a few hours.
In life, sometimes the ones most broken from inside are the ones most willing to help others.

To all my friends, family, colleagues as well as former and present clients and employees. Thank you ! 🙏 This journey is amazing. I do not plan on going anywhere soon. However today I have started chemo therapy for stage 4 esophageal cancer wich has metastasized into my liver. I am not down nor am I out. You are stuck with me for awhile yet 😎. I will be slowing down the number of jobs I am doing only to be sure my treatment gets moving and to establish how I will feel. This will allow me to gage my ability. I do have an amazing young man Wyatt who has apprenticed under me the White War Insulators ways and means to get the job done. He will be taking the opportunity to drive the train and help us to still complete jobs. (Just not as many atm). I just want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU 🙏 too everyone who has supported our work, our team and stood by us to offer support, specialty tools and just the overall appreciation for what we do and the install quality we provide. I am Grateful too you all for the insight guidance and support. We are not outta this game yet and I am always available for a consult or to answer any questions my phone is always on. I have resorted to “TRYING” to stay in this chair and provide guidance and direction for my crew. Without them and their care, concern and commitment I would have closed shop. So at this point we are still have open doors and are running at a slightly reduced number of jobs but providing the same White War Experience.

Thank you to everyone for your care, love and support. I am Blessed to have met so many amazing clients, colleagues and friends on this journey and look forward to meeting many more.

My Crew their first solo job… with me just kinda supervising, and trying to stay in the chair. ( Trying not to be too much of a picky grump ) My new partner and right hand man… Wyatt Frostworth hung the poly and is on the road to becoming one of the best. Great job … shout out to Nate his first professional insulation install and Shaun his second. You guys are learning, executing and producing quality…. I don’t say it often but……

Truth. Everyone thinks it’s a menial job and they could do it themselves “if they had the time” but can’t pass inspection.. however expect you to do it in 2 days for nothing. Work 12 hour days drive 3 hours to get there n back and supply them with scaffolding and other supplies for free.

Anyone who owns a business or is purpose driven with responsibilities......

The unfortunate truth of owning and running a business:

Running a business is really hard.

What they don’t tell you is that it can cause severe stress and anxiety, and drains you mentally to the point of depression in even the most laid-back people.

People will talk about you, compare you to others, use you, they will view you as a service and not a person anymore.

Friends and family will expect discounts and people will value you and your hard work less than a big chain store.

You have to worry about if you forget to email/message someone back, are they going to think it was on purpose? Did you disappoint them? Will they hold that against you? When in reality you just can’t get to everyone’s messages and emails.

Starting up and running a successful business puts incredible strain on personal lives and relationships, many of which fail because there is just often no work-life balance.

You need to be the director, the worker, the admin, the marketing team, the accountant, the cleaner..... All the while being a parent, a husband or a wife, family support, friend...

There’s a reason you don’t see many people succeed in small businesses after 5-10 years. If they are successful they are overwhelmed.
It takes a toll. It’s freaking exhausting. Especially the past couple of years when so much has been out of our control.

Here’s a small reminder that we are just normal people with hectic lives.

Be kind, be patient, support small businesses…….and hopefully more of us will stick around!
And know that 2023 prices are not 2024 prices‼️

But at the end. It’s all love. The downs are worth it when you get the smile on the face of someone you helped get off meds, or dropped 50lbs. Or the parent who know has an extra few hours with their kids and spouse since they don’t need to cook as much.

Love and appreciate everyone who has even given us a chance.

I am writing this to recommend Whitewar to anyone thinking about getting insulation installed. Warren and crew were very pleasant to deal with, respected our home, and did a fantastic job on upgrading us from R20 to R60.
They arrived on time, worked non stop and cleaned up at the end of each day.
