Just finished phase 1 of front veranda and phase 2 is new roof over back deck. New metal roof installed over new veranda at the front and new metal roof over back deck in the fall

Just finished 2 units in apt building. painted all walls, new flooring, new counter tops, new toilets, new vanities, new shower walls 1 tile and 1 a plastic shower wall. A few pics of the patching involved in this project

Been a crazy last 6 weeks, here is a deck project that grew into a structural beam replacement. Replaced 2- (3) 2"x8"x9' rotting beams with (4) 2"x12"x9' new beams. Will finish up deck tomorrow and post pics

Brymar Construction is offering $500.00 cash for the return of the 2 tool boxes stolen from my Albert St project. 1 Millwaukee Packout full of Dewalt and other tools and batteries and 1 Dewalt Toughsystem 2.0 also full of tools. Offer valid until Mon Nov 15 2021 when I put it threw my insurance. No questions asked as long as all tools are back. Another $500.00 cash for the return of the laptop and date book taken from job site. Offer expires Mon Nov 15.
