We understand why people want their driveway cleared by 7 AM .
But here’s the reality:
SNOW DOESN’T ALWAYS STOP AT MIDNIGHT. 🌨️
If a storm ends at 8 PM, 10 PM, or even midnight, that gives us hours to work through our routes before the morning.
But if it’s still snowing heavily at 4 AM, the situation is completely different.
Imagine a heavy storm from 12 AM–4 AM dumping 10+ centimetres of snow across the Sault. We can’t physically clear all of our driveways at the exact same time.
🚜 We have to work through our route.�❄️ We have to deal with changing road conditions.�🌨️ We have to account for how much snow is still falling.�⏰ And sometimes, there simply aren’t enough hours between the end of the storm and 7 AM.
We could promise everyone a by 7 AM clearing time — but that would mean making a promise we can’t honestly guarantee during a major overnight storm.
We’d rather be honest with you than make promises just to get your business.
Our goal is to get through our routes as safely and efficiently as possible, while dealing with the conditions Mother Nature gives us.
