We will be closed at 12 noon on December 24th and reopen for business for your emergency heating issues on December 29th by phoning 705-253-8791 to schedule an appointment.

You will be required to complete our Covid Questions before scheduled services will be provided.

Our physical office will be closed from December 26 due to the provincial lockdown until January 11, 2021.

We are accepting payments by etransfer to [email protected], by Visa/MasterCard by calling the details into our office between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm during business hours and by mailing a cheque to 330 Korah Road, Sault Ste Marie, ON, P6C4H3. No entry into office for payments during this time unless approved in advance by calling the office.

We thank everyone for being patient with us during these unchartered waters known as Covid 19!

We have been working on an emergency basis only until this time. We will be doing regular service calls but naturally with changes!

Our office doors currently remain closed and prefer no drop ins. In any booking we will be asking the screening questions such as whether you have been ill, out of town or in contact with anyone who has had Covid 19. We do accept credit card over the phone and e-transfers for payments.

If you must come in to make a payment we ask that you remain at a safe distance. We ask that you wear a face mask, we can provide one if you do not have one. We will also have hand sanitizer available.

Our technicians will also be wearing face masks and again we ask that you stay at a safe distance from them while they are in your home.

Please remember to be respectful of the feelings of others, we all have a different way of dealing with this! Be kind and patient! Stay healthy!
