Over the years, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with customers who are loyal, supportive, and appreciative of the work we do. As a small business, we never take that support for granted.
Many years ago, I remember seeing a sign hanging in a local auto body shop that read:
“If you’re happy with our service, tell others. If you’re not happy, please tell us.”
That simple message has stayed with me throughout my entire business career.
As small business owners, we rely on our reputation and the trust of our customers. Positive reviews and referrals help us grow, but honest feedback helps us improve. We may not always be perfect, but we will always do our best to listen, learn, and make things right when given the opportunity.
