From the first day photos until the finished product. There was some wonky electrical that needed to be dealt with, a subfloor with no tongue and groove that needed to be addressed, pocket door removed and new wall framed in. New water lines for the tub, new mixing valve, etc., move the GFCI plug around the corner, and puck lights in the ceiling. Then onto the in-floor heat, tile, paint, trim, more paint and final installation of tub, vanity, toilet, and all the little extras. Finish it off with caulking, caulking, caulking, a nice wipe down and final inspection by customer.

It’s a good day to finish up a bathroom remodel and a new fireplace.
