This week our oak stairs arrived. It was a tedious stairwell to work out, we needed it to be perfect for head room going up and down to the basement, and not alot of space get this done.

From the original layout of this house we have moved the stair hole to the back to be more efficient with space.

When these are uncovered and stained they are going to look AMAZING 🤩 Stay tuned - next week windows get delivered and trades will be finishing up the rough in stage !

With this client led renovation we focused on the things that matter most like countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting and backsplash, while keeping the original kitchens character. Everything coming together nicely in the end.

Studs out. Vision in.

This overhaul is coming along nicely, once our system was in place each wall was taken down methodically with structure, craftsmanship and design leading every decision.

The original house had multiple additions that disrupted the flow. After the new framing portion is complete, the original house will only have one of its exterior walls left standing.
