Sunrise in the Cape Breton Highlands.
An underglaze painting by Tim on a wheel-thrown plate. The dark brown stoneware clay gives an atmospheric mood to the landscape and allows the sunrise to glow.
He had a very successful fishing trip up there a few weeks ago…he figures he and his buddy caught 400 or so trout in a day!

When money seems overwhelming, we tend to translate big purchases into “how many mugs is that?” Somehow that seems doable!
