Nothing a little bit of structural engineering and strong backs can’t fix! Foundation wall repair because the wall moved 4” in the center of wall. Before this home owner purchased this home the structural stability was removed and replaced with a nice big window! When installing new egress windows make sure the structure has not been compromised.

Ah makes sense, it’s make up for the failing brick structure underneath. Always question this when purchasing a home. Out with the old up with the new!

The inside work is coming to an end, nice weather on the horizon! Has all been built to look like barn wall, sand and lime mortar on to the outdoor fireplace
