Over the past couple of years, I made the decision to step away from the day to day operations of Reggio General Contracting Inc. to complete my Business Management Diploma. It was not just an investment in education. It was an investment in leadership, our company, and our future. My goal was to return with a stronger understanding of business operations, project management, customer service, communication, and team leadership so we could provide an even higher level of service to our clients.

Just as importantly, I wanted to ensure that the skilled tradespeople who represent Reggio General Contracting Inc. on every project have the leadership, organization, clear direction, and support they need to succeed.
