Good morning from the flower hut 🌻💐

Fresh bouquets are out and ready this morning! I’ll be making more throughout the day whenever I can sneak away for a few minutes, so if the hut starts looking a little empty, don’t worry, more are coming. ❤️
Today is another hoop house building day for us, and since we finally have a full Saturday at home to work on it, you’ll probably find us somewhere out back covered in dirt. 😂 So if you stop by and need anything, just come find us!

Bouquets are $20 each, and as always, thank you so much for supporting my little flower-growing adventure. 🌸

DAY 2: SHE’S GOT BONES 😏🌱

Okayyyy… now it actually looks like something! 😂
Yesterday was posts, measuring, digging, levelling and all the not so glamorous stuff. Today we started getting those hoops up and tying this beast together.

We’re building this ourselves, learning as we go, making adjustments when things don’t quite go according to plan, because apparently that’s half the fun. 🤣

This hoop house is going to completely change what I’m able to grow for Crisp Country Gardens: earlier spring flowers, better protection, longer seasons and hopefully a whole lot more locally grown stems, hopefully.🌸
There is still a TON to do, bracing, wood, plastic, roll-up sides, doors, beds… oh boy. 😂 But seeing the actual shape of it standing there today made me ridiculously excited.
