JDR Interior Finishing Ltd. is looking for a Finishing Carpenter and a General Labourer to join our team!

We specialize in commercial finishing carpentry & millwork and are looking for someone with construction/finishing experience who takes pride in quality workmanship.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has finishing carpentry/construction experience
• Has basic hand tools
• Is reliable, hardworking & detail-oriented
• Has a valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• Is willing to travel throughout BC for jobs, but mostly in the Okanagan.
• Hours are full time, Monday to Friday.

We’re hiring!

We’re looking to hire a full time cabinet installer/ finishing carpenter to start asap. Starting wage is $30/hr or based on experience. Looking to hire locally, though we do travel throughout BC for projects. LOA and travel time is paid.

A few requirements include the following:

-Reading and understanding shop drawings

-Capable of installing cabinets, standing and running trims, and wall paneling

-Owns basic hand tools

-Has a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to meet up with our crew. Our company vehicle is used to travel from Sicamous.

We are willing and able to train up the right person for the job. We’re looking for a hard working, dedicated individual who is passionate in the trade.
