Episode 1 - Landlady Lowdown. How to get cheap rent:
1. Find a place you can afford (best is to be 30% of your income or less)
2. STAY THERE A LONG TIME - by year 3 you have fabulously cheap rent!
3. Best to choose your rental not out of desperation but with long term planning in mind. Choose high quality. Choose a rental housing provider that you enjoy communicating with.

There's the formula. It really works.

Please give me your advice for a better landlady look for the Lowdown. I know I can do better.

Early spring sessions of pottery lessons start this week and next week! There is still room for 2 students in Mugs! Mugs! Mugs! on Wednesday nights. Kids classes after school on Wednesdays has 4 spaces left and the Monday after school class is wide open, waiting for a crew of kids to start their own private pottery club! There is a whole whack of kids/teen classes starting after March Break! 2 sessions. 6 week long classes, 5 week long classes and 4 weeks for the thrifty students. All classes include materials, glazing and firing. We hand build, we play with the wheel and generally goof around learning to problem solve and regulate our emotions with hands in clay. Teen class is a Saturday night party with friends that parents can get behind. Tea, talking and creative time. It doesn’t get any better! All classes are multi-age, which makes learning and socializing even more fun. Link in bio takes you to my website. Email me to register. I try not to turn people away for lack of funds.
