Spring thaw is here… and thats when basements get tested.

Do the 2-minute “bucket test” today!!

✅ Pull the sump pit lid (if you have one)
✅ Pour a bucket of water into the pit
✅ Pump should kick on, move water, then shut off clean
✅ If it hums, wont start, or never shuts off… its time to fix it BEFORE the flood

This is the easiest way to catch a bad float switch or tired pump.

Safety first!! Ontario just updated those CO alarm laws and its not something you want to mess with. Making sure your family is safe is the top priority for us.

A fresh CO alarm is great but making sure the furnace is venting right in the first place is even better. Weve been out all week doing inspections to make sure everythings running clean and safe.

Here is what you need to know:
✔️ Alarms required on every level of the home.
✔️ Must be outside all sleeping areas.
✔️ Annual furnace checks catch leaks before they start.
