🔥 Another Commercial Kitchen Installation Completed! 🔥

Another great commercial project completed by the Unique Mechanical team!

This installation included a complete commercial kitchen exhaust and mechanical system featuring custom-built 16-gauge black iron ductwork, installed through a two-storey building and fully wrapped with 3M™ Fire Barrier Duct Wrap 615+.

The project included:

• Commercial kitchen exhaust hood
• Custom 16-gauge black iron exhaust duct
• Ductwork routed through two storeys to the rooftop
• 3M™ 615+ kitchen exhaust duct fire wrap
• Rooftop exhaust fan
• Make-up air system and ductwork
• Gas piping and commercial equipment connections
• Complete start-up and testing

A lot of planning, fabrication and coordination goes into a commercial kitchen installation like this, especially when routing a grease exhaust system through multiple floors.

🚐🔧 ANOTHER VAN ADDED TO THE FLEET!

We’re adding another service van to the Unique Mechanical fleet as we prepare for a busy year ahead!

We have some large projects starting soon, and our service side has really ramped up, so we’re continuing to invest in our fleet and grow our team to keep up with demand.

✅ Are they licensed? If not, run!!
✅ Check for hidden fees. We hate em too.
✅ Response time matters, but so does quality.
✅ Do they know the local area? Local means faster.
✅ Look for real reviews, not the fake stuff.
✅ Make sure they carry insurance.
✅ Ask if they specialize in residential or multi-family.
✅ Clear pricing is a must from the start.
✅ Do they have the right parts on the truck?
✅ Trust your gut. If it feels off, it probably is.
