Fox Creek Contracting is presently working on new subdivision roads & infrastructure, new home excavation & septic installation and general contracting.
Fox Creek Contracting is based in Southampton and presently working in the areas of Nackawic, Fredericton & Woodstock. We presently are looking for someone with a minimum class 1 licence & experience operating an excavator and dozer.
The successful candidate will be responsible to perform specific duties such as, driving dump trucks, both tandem & trailer, road maintenance, construction, excavation, road construction, brushing, reclamation, servicing of equipment and any other tasks. This position could involve manual labour and can be physically demanding, and candidates are required to be flexible in handling a variety of the above tasks. You will also be required to work outdoors in a variety of environments.
Requirements and Qualifications: The successful candidate will have:
1. An acceptable combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to follow work instructions and work safely with minimum Supervision.
3. Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
4. Experience operating Heavy equipment.
5. Experience working with general public and government supervisors is an asset.
6. Preferential candidates would meet the above noted requirements with experience operating forestry equipment.
Salary: Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
