I absolutely love what these clients did with the styling of their van I built out. The mushroom wallpaper is bold choice and I think the best part of the build. This micro van conversion had so much character and charm.

ISO work yard space in Squamish to continue operating my business from.

I am self employed converting vans into camper vans and am looking for a new piece of commercial land to operate from.

My workshop is self contained in a custom built tiny home workshop but I would need space in front or beside to have a carport tent to park the van I’m working on. Ideally looking for 50ft by 10ft of flat space. Power and water are a bonus but not necessary as I run off solar primarily.

I am currently on a i1 zoned property and would need it to be similarly zoned (rl2, i3, i9, i10, etc) for my business license.

My current lease ends in a few months and they are repurposing the land so I need a new permanent location.

Quick build in an camper. This is designed to give the client a single bed in the tray when she is trying to stealth camp and it doubles as a couch when the top is up. Water storage and space for a battery on the right shelves at the back, big storage under the bed and a slide out kitchen drawer. Butchers block counter tops ad a touch of luxury to a simple setup.

I get asked why wood? And I guess for me it’s the feel of a space constructed with wood that drives me to keep working with it. I’m not a fan of plastic panels or veneers. To me the imperfections in wood makes the space have a life of its own and feel lived in even when new. Everything has texture and a story to how it came to look exactly like it does. My builds might not be what everyone is looking for. But I enjoy them and I hope my customers do too.

Doing a little tune up on this van from a few weeks back. It’s been off on the island ever since I finished it and after many kms on logging roads a few things needed a tweak. I always tell clients “I’m not perfect, go use the van on a shake down trip and I’ll fix what ever goes wrong”.

If you are going off grid, in my opinion, this is how simple your plumbing system should be. A 12v rechargeable faucet, simple sink and some jerrycans. Not much that can go wrong here.
