Another project well underway with structural supports in place.

This has allowed us to open up the space with new post and beams and larger footings in the crawl space to accommodate the extra load bearing.

We have also replaced the basement staircase so that it meets the current building code due to head height and landing restrictions.

Now that insulation and drywall is complete we will be moving into installing faux beams and tongue & groove ceilings.
