Chemin Whitetail - Noelville, Ontario. Drywall installation, Plastering, and Paint.

In association with our sister company in Northern Ontario (Beck Contractors), Beck Brothers is proud to be a part of the interior finishes on this progressive 3000 sqft dual residence house.

To the right side is the 2 bedroom in law suite, with full kitchen and 4pc bath. On the left side is the 4 bedroom main residence (upper and lower), with an oversized garage in the middle.

Advanced construction techniques have been applied on this project, with ICF (Insulated Concrete Formed) walls, dual wood/propane in floor heating, and triple glazed glass in all windows and doors. With an R-60 insulative value in the ceilings and an R-40 value in the walls - this large home will be relatively inexpensive to heat.

You can see the difference quality makes...over enough time. We completed this project a year ago - Plaster, Prime, and Finished Painted Ceilings. We are very happy that the homeowner is still pleased with the work - reporting no cracks, bulging or ridging. As a Whole, in 2016 we saw our biggest shift in many years - from new home construction to existing home renovation. We have had a busy year working on a variety of small scale renovation projects for homeowners, medium sized renovators, and general contractors.
