Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!

Here is a little progress from one of our current projects:
Cape Cod siding with PVC composite trims, as well as a new entry canopy framed over steps. Canopy and posts dressed almost entirely in composite material leaving it with a sharp finish. We love the design and can't wait to see the final product!

Still to come is a new front door, window and a crown moulding over the frieze board, along the roof line.

This project was part of a porch addition to a beautiful heritage home in downtown St. John's, with thanks to Lannon Developments for the contract.

One of our latest projects.

Over 1200ln/ft of bandsawn pine replaced with PVC composite trims and corners (awesome product and lasts a lifetime).

A lot of tedious man hours here paid off for a sharp final result.

More pictures to follow after a little patio remodel is completed.

Some progress on our current project.

Siding, soffit, windows and doors nearly complete on this beautiful A frame in Middle Gull Pond, which will be complete with a massive, attached patio across the front.

We are very excited to see the final product on this one!
