Some before an afters of a facelift we recently finished for a customer who is transforming this stunning property downtown into a air bnb . We installed a new roof on the front, removed the decorative pieces under the eave, installed new clapboard, fascia metal, gutter as well as a fresh coat of paint on the windows !

Another little eavestrough install we completed this week for a customer! His previous eavestrough wasn't sloped properly and was getting ice damming in the lower corner so we installed a second downspout to allow water to drain properly!

Proper installation is crucial for anything to work as intended and something as "simple" as gutter is no different.

This customer came to use looking for eavestrough installed. After a bit of inspection we noticed the flashing wasn't secured properly which indicated rot in the fascia board which would affect the quality of gutter installation. After discussion with the customer he agreed that it was best to expose the fascia board and fix the issues properly, as you can see its a good thing we did! We tore off the existing fascia metal, removed all the rot, replaced all the flashing, adding a drip edge under the shingles to add an extra layer of protection and a quick pressure wash of the soffit to clean it up!

It's been a busy weekend making use of this miserable June we've been having here in N.L. This customer came to us off a recomendation from a previous job with 20+ year old 3 tab shingles looking to upgrade to architectural shingles as well as replace the fascia flashing and gutter where an old awning had been removed. Upon removal we noticed significant rot from years of ice and water build up so we installed new fascia board, flashing and seamless gutter to complete the new roof system.
