On Remembrance Day, the CSLA honours the courage and sacrifice of Canada’s veterans, and all those who have served in times of war, conflict, and peace.

We pause together in remembrance and gratitude, reflecting on the freedoms we enjoy today and our responsibility to foster peace for future generations.

Thrilled to be recognized alongside so many talented landscape architects across the country for our work on the National War Memorial and Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

CSLA Announces the Recipients of the 2025 Awards of Excellence

Today, the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA) announced the recipients of the Awards of Excellence. This year, 15 projects received a national award. One project, Kìwekì Point – Big River Landscape by Janet Rosenberg & Studio (JRS) was selected to receive the Jury’s Award of Excellence.

The Awards of Excellence Ceremony will take place during the 2025 CSLA-OALA Congress in Ottawa.

L’AAPC annonce les lauréats des Prix d’excellence 2025

The jury for the 2024 APALA Awards of Excellence have named Brackish Design Studio and Mills & Wright Landscape Architecture as the winners of the 2024 awards.

Presented annually by APALA, the Awards of Excellence program was established to celebrate excellence in landscape architecture in Atlantic Canada, and to communicate a strong awareness of the profession to allied disciplines, potential clients, and the public.
