Every other Friday we do a little pulse check with our team where we share any challenges we have, talk about our wins, and just connect with our team.

This helps us all stay on the same page, and get a good gauge of where our coworkers are at - and can offer support and encouragement through work or personal challenges. Aaaaaaand sometimes we have a drink 🤫

Lindsay got to be a special guest in her daughters kindergarten class for Community Helper day! The students got to learn from different people, their jobs, and how they help the community.

Lindsay shared all about the exciting projects we get to work on, got to show some photos, and answer pressing questions like:

• “How long does it take to build a hotel?”
• “What happens if it blows over?”
• “What happens if they put up the walls and forget to add windows??”
• “The kids live at school???” (when hearing about the dorms at our SBC project)

Concerns were mitigated, lots was learned, and everyone had fun 😅

Birds-eye-view of our projects in St.Clements! The first phase of this project officially has occupancy 🥳

We’ve often got our head down, working hard on these builds and it’s quite remarkable to be able to take a step back and look at our projects from a different angle, and see the surrounding community it impacts.
