📋 What We Are Looking For
3–5 years of experience in carpentry.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Good knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment.
Ability to read project drawings (a considerable asset).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direct instructions.

💰 What We Offer
Competitive wages: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience).
Hours: Full-time, permanent positions.
Perks: Company vehicle provided, fully stocked with tools and equipment.

At Red Seal Carpentry, our team is busy with exciting interior renovations, but we’re also dedicated to supporting our community during this heavy snowfall.
We understand that removing snow and ice from roofs can be a costly endeavor, often requiring lift trucks and careful handling to prevent damage to your roof, eaves, and the rest of your building.

It might not be our core business but we are here to help the community. Reach out to us if you need our help as the melting/freezing kicks in the next couple weeks. We would rather avoid costly damage than repair it afterward if possible.
