The new concrete foundation is officially DONE and looking solid 👌

This was a big step in restoring the structure and stability of this home. With the framing already underway, we're moving into the next phase of the rebuild with a rock-solid base beneath us.

🚧 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭! 🏠

We’ve officially poured the concrete for the new foundation on this home, and things are moving right along! 💪

This house was lifted and supported while we removed the old, failing structure underneath. With the fresh pour complete, we’re one step closer to giving it a strong, level base that’ll stand the test of time.

Stay tuned for the next stages of this transformation — we’re just getting started!

Once we got into the teardown phase, we uncovered some serious issues with the foundation that needed to be addressed before we could safely move forward with building the new deck.

𝙐𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙟𝙤𝙗 𝙜𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚 — 𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧 — 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚. Once we removed the old deck, we discovered that the front addition of the house foundation wasn’t in the best condition. Before moving forward with the new deck build, we had to address the underlying structural issues to ensure the safety and integrity of the entire project.
