What We Offer
We believe in compensating our team for the quality and efficiency they bring to the job site.
Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience).
Vacation Pay: 4% added to every paycheck.
Stability: Full-time hours with a consistent local workload.
Professional Growth: We provide paid manufacturer training to keep your skills sharp and certifications up to date.
Position Requirements
We are looking for "A-Player" installers who take pride in their craft.
Proven Experience: Must be proficient in Shingle and/or Metal roofing systems.
Team Player: Ability to work seamlessly within a crew while also being capable of tackling individual tasks efficiently.
Reliability
Must be drug-free and dependable for early morning starts.
Physical Capability: Comfortable working at heights and capable of the physical demands of a busy job site.
Transportation
A valid Driver’s License is considered a strong asset, but it is not a strict requirement as long as you have a reliable way to get to the shop or site.
