Eating healthy.
There's a lot you can read, many studies, and much to be said on the benefits of eating healthy. I'm just going to point out a few of they key benefits that probably appeal to everyone.
A healthy diet full of vegetables and raw foods has many positive effects. Some of these include.
- Better sleep
- improved mood and sense of well being
- a longer life
- more energy
- improved quality of life through how you feel
- a more youthful appearance
- less illness
- clarity of mind
There's a lot that could be added to this list.
The question that I have for you is; when you know what healthy food can do for you, why put anything in your body but health?
