The repair with this project is due to poor workmanship which created stress and headache with the customer. Imagine seeing the screw connection at the fascia of your existing glass patio cover being disconnected and disengage which is prone to collapse. Again with the expertise of our workers we came up with the plan. We decided to install a temporary support at the back side of the patio cover using posts and beam, then we removed the inappropriate screws that were being used. We re-installed our backrails using a long stainless steel screws and with our 3 way sealing process, the danger was eliminated. We then install as part of our practice a flashing to act as cover from the rain. This 14'x15' Aluminum Patio Cover with full glass panels provided a space that is dry, bright and attractive which added backyard appeal to the homeowners. We focused on fitting the back side by working on a different shape of exterior wall like of a right angle. Our workers have to carefully cut the aluminum profiles so that it is properly fitted to avoid leak in the future. Part of our practice is to always install wall flashing at the back side thereby giving an additional protection from rain aside from the stainless screws with gasket and a full bead of caulk to seal. This is a 24'x12' Aluminum Patio Cover which Primetop successfully completed with excellent workmanship. We needed to custom cut the existing gutters to fit the new patio cover. We focused in detail the cutting, capping and sealing of the existing gutters because the location of the new patio cover is situated at the middle of the house. In order not to puncture the top of deck due to the screws, we used custom fabricated L-brackets that are fascia mounted. We also installed 2 downpipes at both ends of the patio cover in order to better manage the rain water dispersal thereby not putting extra weight to the acrylic panels. With all these above and beyond practices and services, customer was very happy with the outcome. Primetop created a space that is functional, bright and most of all comfortable.
