⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍 OCEAN VIEW LUXURY HOME DESIGN 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
⭐️ Our office is currently working on the initial design of a modern ocean-view residence of approximately 10,000 sq.ft. This luxury custom home is being designed with a large swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the front yard.
⭐️ One of the biggest challenges of this project is the nearly 10-meter grade difference from the front property line to the rear yard. To maximize the site potential, a private tennis court has been proposed in the backyard with direct walk-out access from the upper floor. 🎾
⭐️ Another creative design solution includes positioning the garage nearly 4 feet below the basement level to efficiently work with the existing grades. All three floors, including the garage and outdoor access to the tennis court, have been carefully designed with full wheelchair accessibility in mind. ♿
⭐️ This project is located within a geotechnically sensitive area requiring specialized grading and shoring considerations along the sides of the property.
