At Inline Sales & Services Ltd., we take pride in finding cost-effective repair solutions when replacement parts are no longer a practical option.

This large Berkeley pump recently came into our shop for repair. Upon inspection, we found the impeller was severely worn—extremely thin with multiple holes caused by years of service.

Rather than immediately recommending the purchase of a costly new pump end, we spent over six weeks working with the manufacturer to source a replacement impeller. Unfortunately, we were informed that the impeller was no longer available separately and that the entire pump end would need to be replaced.

To help our customer avoid the significant expense, our team recommended rebuilding the existing impeller using R-Metal, followed by a protective epoxy coating to restore its integrity and extend its service life.

The results speak for themselves! A special thank you to our shop technician, Scott, for his outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail.
