First frost is on its way, and a few simple habits will keep your cozy all season long. 🍂 Keep your circulating fan running day and night, since moving air is less likely to freeze. A heater paired with a thermostat will turn on when temperatures drop and shut off once the sun takes over. Tuck tender plants in with frost fleece for a few extra degrees of protection, and cut back on watering, because cold, wet soil invites fungus gnats. Save this post so it's ready when the temperature dips!
