This week we started with rescrewing the subfloor than completing the levelling.
The proper steps of the levelling were - ☑️1. Applying Mapei Primer T . ☑️2. Mixing and pouring the self levelling underlayment. ☑️3. Grinding the levelled area The products made a huge difference - no more squeaking, no more gaps between planks or different separations in the future!

Today we landed in basement in Vancouver. We’re making the completely new subfloor with sleepers.

It’s one of our few projects in Whistler where we installed glue down engineered wood walnut floor. We also installed vinyl floor in the elevator. Amazing place with a stunning view. Custom floor pattern ordered by customer was not a big deal for us! We love challenges at work💪 The project was in White Rock and the customer picked glue down oak engineered wood flooring. Happy me(2nd pic) and my husband after we finished work with success!
