Steady progress continues on this truck storage building and maintenance shop where the primary structural steel, roof system, and concrete slab are now complete. The project has entered the building enclosure phase, bringing us one step closer to delivering a high-performance truck storage facility built to support heavy-duty fleet operations.

Every project tells a story, and being part of the Site C Dam gave us the opportunity to contribute to one of Canada's largest clean energy projects.

Our scope included structural steel and building envelope work for a variety of essential facilities, including a pump station, sorting facility, ERT building, racking structure, reservoir monitoring building, and mast stations. Every structure came with its own challenges, but seeing them take shape through strong teamwork and careful ex*****on made the journey all the more rewarding.

We're grateful for the opportunity to be part of a project that supports long-term energy infrastructure and reflects the value of strong partnerships and reliable ex*****on.

*Throwback Thursday!*

It feels like just yesterday, but almost a year has passed since we delivered the Dashwood Firehall in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. We still remember the sense of responsibility we felt when this project landed on our desks. The design requirements were some of the strictest we’ve worked with, pushing us to engineer every connection, every beam, and every detail with the highest level of care.

We poured our expertise into ensuring this building would stand ready for whatever the future holds. Proud of what we built and even prouder to see it serving and protecting the people of Vancouver Island.

Our mining project continues to make strong progress as the project advances from structural completion into the next phase of construction.

The insulated metal panel system is now substantially complete, giving the facility its finished form and significantly advancing the building envelope. The canopy steel framing has also been erected, while crews focus on installing windows, trim, and completing exterior detailing.

Exciting to see this essential infrastructure project take shape and move closer to completion.

A few projects were briefly paused due to excessive cheering ⚽

The MBG crew traded hard hats for Team Canada gear and headed to the FIFA Fan Festival to soak up the incredible atmosphere and what a day it was!

There may have been some questionable soccer commentary, a few loud celebrations, and approximately 5,370 photos...but who's counting? 😅 Safe to say, team morale is officially at 100%.

From chants and cheers to high-fives, it was the perfect reminder that the best teams aren't just built on the job site, they're built through shared experiences.

Here's to amazing teammates, plenty of laughs, and great memories along the way. ❤️
