On the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, B&B Contracting Group pauses to honour the survivors of residential schools, their families, and the communities who continue to carry the impacts of this history.
This day is an opportunity to reflect, listen, and learn about the experiences and histories of First Nations groups across Canada. It is also a reminder that reconciliation is an ongoing commitment that requires continued learning and meaningful action.
As a civil contractor working across BC, we recognize that our work takes place on the traditional territories of many Nations. We are grateful for the relationships we have built with Indigenous communities and partners and remain committed to strengthening these relationships through respect, understanding and mutual benefit.
Today, we recommit to listening, learning, and building relationships that contribute to a more respectful and inclusive future. Reconciliation is an ongoing journey, and we all have an opportunity to learn and take part.
