For the City of Surrey’s Rapid Housing project, part of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Rapid Housing Initiative, Premier Landscaping Inc. delivered the complete landscape scope, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and site furnishings—creating a functional and welcoming environment for future residents.
One feature designed with community in mind is an outdoor chess area, where a tiled chessboard sits between two benches framed by wood screens. It’s a small detail, but one that encourages connection and everyday interaction.
