Back @ it again! Demo starts on another project. This MAIN FLOOR transformation is going to be WOW. New kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertops, flooring, lighting, railings and fireplace all on order. It’s been a challenge with manufacturer leadtimes and product availability but we aren’t turning back now! We just took down the dividing (non structural) wall. Already looks better 😜

DCR has started Phase 1 of this upcoming massive renovation at this beautiful property with breathtaking views. Everything to be removed and we almost down to the studs! Lots of work so far...but it will all be worth it!

This exterior project is almost a wrap! Showing off the new concrete retaining wall & new pathways with bold black accents of the new aluminum fencing and window well grates. New security side gates to be installed next and new landscaping for the Spring. It’s been a challenging long ride to fix the original failing walls & fences but we got it done! Great team work 👊

New stamped concrete driveway, entry, window wells and pathways now complete! We were hoping to start this project earlier so we didn’t have to encounter so much wet weather, but we got it done including new drainage 💦 New gutters and downpipes to be installed while we wait on the new front door to arrive. So excited to show off the long awaited exterior facelift transformation soon!

Another demolition day! Starting the process of a NEW driveway and entrance (stamped concrete). Lots of prep and reinforcements needed. Drainage upgrades too. Need to keep things flowing properly. It’s a mess but it will be worth it on the end! Thanks to our sub-trades working hard to get this finished.

This fence & wall is finally coming down! After a long stretch of obtaining Engineer Reports, Surveys & Permits we are here! Brought in the excavator for this job...need to build some sturdy forms for a new concrete (green) wall. Now let’s just keep the rain away so we can complete on time! 🙏🏻🤞
