Iron Maple Constructors is wrapping up construction on the new Pharmasave location, with the store preparing to open in June.

The project features a bright, modern retail layout with updated pharmacy, food and beverage, and customer service areas designed to support both functionality and customer experience.

As finishing work continues, the space is quickly coming together and getting ready to welcome the community through the doors.

We were happy to welcome the 2nd and 3rd year students from the Bachelor of Interior Design program at CCNB Dieppe to our Moncton project site.

Site visits like these are a great opportunity for students to see the construction process firsthand and gain insight into how design concepts come to life in the field. It was a pleasure sharing our work, answering questions, and connecting with the next generation of industry professionals.

Progress continues at the Amsterdam Inn in Grand Falls, NB.
The project is now entering the final stages, with interior finishes underway and the building quickly coming together.

From early structure to today, this project highlights the efficiency of wood panelized construction, helping maintain strong schedule momentum and consistent quality.

None of this would be possible without the great subcontractors on site. Their hard work and collaboration continue to drive the project forward.

It’s important to celebrate the milestones along the way.

On most projects, we mark the beginning with a sod turning and the end with a ribbon cutting. The major milestones in between are just as important and are often overlooked. This week, we took the time to celebrate a Beam Ceremony, marking the placement of the final structural beam at Valley View Villa.

Recently, our team gathered on-site to recognize this milestone and the progress that led to it.

These moments reflect the hard work, coordination, and craftsmanship of the crews and partners involved. Taking the time to acknowledge that effort is an important part of how we build.

Iron Maple Constructors recently completed the transformation of a long-standing building in Saint John, bringing new life to a space that has served many purposes over the years.

Previously home to a mix of retail, offices, and institutional uses, the building had been sitting underutilized before undergoing a full renovation. Today, it has been reimagined into a bright, modern retail environment designed to serve the community for years to come.

Through careful coordination and ex*****on, the project focused on revitalizing the existing structure while introducing updated finishes and an open, functional layout.

Construction is moving ahead in Lantz, NS.

Iron Maple Constructors is advancing work on the Lantz Commercial Development, a multi-use site that will include a gas station, car wash, fast food, and commercial retail space.

With slabs now complete, the team is actively installing panelized wall systems, allowing the building to take shape quickly and efficiently. This approach supports improved sequencing on site and helps maintain strong schedule momentum as the project progresses toward M&E rough-in.

As multiple components of the development move forward together, coordination and planning remain key to keeping the site running safely and efficiently.
