Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Introductory Data Entry Clerk. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow and develop new skills. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and data entry tasks, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Statements & Payments: Manage Visa statements weekly, process payments, enter them into QuickBooks.
Visa Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for Visa accounts, post in QuickBooks, and file accordingly.
Invoice Management: Enter, record, and scan all incoming invoices into QuickBooks, including holdbacks on a weekly basis. Process monthly statements and invoices for large accounts.
Fuel Receipt Tracking: Track Irving fuel receipts, generate weekly reports, enter data, and ensure proper filing.
Purchase Orders: Create Purchase Orders for Project Managers for various jobs.
Administrative Tools: Utilize PO Generator, QuickBooks, Verisae, SiteDocs, OfficeTrax, OfficeTrax 2.0, Intuit T-Sheets, GeoTab (vehicle GPS), and various spreadsheets to manage schedules and tasks.
General Office Support: Change Google business hours during holidays, record weekly meeting minutes, handle walk-ins and phone calls when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and associated suite of apps
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A valid driver’s license is required.
