The Main Living Area

Lots of open space on this main floor. Just a few steps into the house and you can see everything. The kitchen, dining area and living room. The glass panel barn doors not only help bring more natural light into the main area but also make the office feel more a part of the living room when the doors are wide open. You can even see the tv from in there, if you don’t have production on your mind.

My favourite part has to be the custom built-in entry bench and shelves though. Not only does it look great but has great functionality.

The kitchen has Oak cabinets and a huge peninsula which make it great for hosting. Especially with the dining area right next to it, directly in front of the patio doors. So You could be in the kitchen while your guests get comfortable at the peninsula, dining table, living room or even on the back deck and you’d still all be together.

The ceiling is beautifully textured and there is definitely no shortage of lighting in here.

The Primary Suite!

Lots of space in this bedroom. It has a large walk-in closet and ensuite with a beautiful walk-in shower.

This room is also media ready. It has backing in the wall for a tv wall mount, with electrical box next to it, to be hid behind the tv keeping those wires out of site. (Not pictured)

How great would a finished basement be!

So many possibilities. Especially when it comes to hosting, family time, or even making the ultimate rec/game room. Even if you never had big basement dreams, just having the extra space is huge. Not to mention having an area that can maybe handle a little bit of mess while keeping your main floor clean and organized.

This basement has a massive open area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and utility room.

But I’d say my favourite feature is the wet bar. equipped with hot and cold water, along with a microwave bank.

One great feature you can’t see is the in-floor heat under the laminate vinyl plank flooring. No carpet needed for that warm feet feeling.

Finally got around to taking some exterior shots of the house. Hope you like them!

On a side note. Everytime I look at these pictures, it reminds me of that episode of The Fresh Prince of Bell-air. When Will is making a book for his girlfriend. “Celebrity Houses at Night”.
