This deck renovation included new privacy fencing on both sides, custom-built wooden handrails with black metal balusters, and a finished skirted enclosure complete with an access door for under-deck storage and maintenance.

Designed to improve both appearance and functionality, this project provides a more private, secure, and finished outdoor living space for the homeowner.

Built on 10’ sono tubes with carport saddles for a solid, stable foundation. Framed with 6x6 posts and a 3-ply 2x10 beam to ensure structural integrity throughout. Finished with custom wooden handrails paired with metal balusters for a clean, modern look.

Privacy fencing installed on both sides, topped with custom metal baluster accents for added detail and separation. Full skirting provides a polished finish while maintaining access underneath for practical storage use.
