It's that time of the year again. Spring is kicking off and the Home and Garden Show starts tonight.

Our knowledgeable staff will be set up and happy to answer any questions you may have about your rural water system, or lead filtration needs in the city.

Our office will be open on December 23rd, 24th and closed December 25th, 26th and 27th. We will reopen the week of December 30th with the exception of January 1st.

To our valued clients and prospective customers,

We have had some clients bring to our attention a new water treatment company in town that is employing questionable high pressure sales tactics. I want to take this opportunity to highlight your rights as a consumer.

In 2023 Ontario made door to door sales of water treatment amongst other household equipment illegal due to a wave of people being exploited by companies. The new legislation provides cooling off periods and restricts contracts being signed in a home unless you invite the contractor in to do so.

From what we've heard this company is using free product to gain entry into homes and is using high pressure tactics from that stage. Please protect yourself and your loved ones through education so you do not get taken advantage of.

We will never guarantee that we will be the least expensive option, we commit to providing good value for money and excellent customer service. I can say that with the prices we've heard about, you'll get far better value working with us or any other established water treatment company in town.

For the Thunder Bay Region

Please be advised, if you are suddenly without water there is a reasonable chance your well may be out of water due to lack of substantial precipitation for a prolonged time.

We have had extremely low fall precipitation coupled with low snowfall levels last winter. This has lead to an increased number of wells being impacted by no water conditions.

Even if you've never run out of water previously, it is possible you may be out of water now.

Conservation methods you can institute which may help are; taking laundry off-site, ceasing baths, keeping showers short, and bringing in bottled water.

Our staff are doing their best to get to everyone to diagnose issues and advise on possible solutions.
